I truly don't know what I would do without these packets! Not one Dr., nor specialist could/would identify my issue. 50+ years living with IBS. It has been in complete control of my life. Seen Dr after Dr. GI dr, PC Dr, even food allergist. Received same old printout from everyone. Foods to avoid. Foods to eat. Great product, a life saver
The new option to buy in bulk directly on the website is perfect. I keep fennel tea bags in several places, work, home, purse and it is very convinient to replenish all at once. I felt bad throwing away beautiful tins before, but now I can keep them and just refill. The tea itself is very strong and it helps tremendously. I do not go to bed without drinking it, and often have it after big meal at friends house or at work. Heather's team is very responsive, I've asked questions several times and always get great answer helping me manage tummy discomfort. I am not diagnosed with IBS, but used to have acid reflux very often. Acacia Senegal is so helpful for bowel motility
My diet was mostly greens and fruits and I was so constipated I never heard of soluble vs insoluble fibers. Not for Me
I had ordered this product at the recommendation of a friend with IBS. I do not have IBS but I do have irregularity and constipation. I do not think I have the patience to tweak the dosage for weeks to find the right balance for my body. During the first 10 days of taking the product I felt bloated and actually stopped up. I realize every body is affected differently and I am uncomfortable continuing the product to try and find my balanced dosage. Never fear, though, my friend will be getting my tin of the product and she will be thrilled. I also want to mention that I had a few questions and customer service was right on it--that was impressive.

Best peppermint tea ever!
I have never been a tea drinker, but my mom always gave me peppermint tea when I had stomach issues.
