| I have been doing the IBS Audio Program for a little over 2 weeks and I can already tell the difference. | Dear Heather's Tummy Care, I have been using Acacia Senegal Tummy fiber pouches for nearly 6 years now and take it 4 times a day before each meal and just before bed-time as recommended. I know it is keeping me stable. I buy a new tin to replace an old one once in a while. The Tummy Tamers Peppermint Caps I take 3 times a day and know they help me get through the day. | Heather, I live in a small town in South Carolina, and so many of the products required are not available here whatsoever. I am on disability and cannot afford to order all the special products either. I also cannot easily get to Columbia, 45 miles away, to try and find them without a great deal of difficulty. I apologize for having to just tell you the truth, but for those of us who are disabled and living in more rural areas, the cookbook just is not that helpful, plus some of the recipes just have far far too many ingredients, including those which are unobtainable. But thank you for trying to write a cookbook for people nonetheless. | |||||

| After reading the following article: http://www.umm.edu/altmed/articles/peppermint-000269.htm, I decided to look for an enteric coated product and found Heather's Tummy Tamers. Although i am a male, this product is so effective that I do not care that it comes in a girly bottle. It works for me and it works well. I take it once or twice a day except that I sometimes take an extra dose when I have an upcomming stressful meeting (then I take a dose as soon as the symptoms start). Before Heather's Tummy Tamers I had occasional heart burn and I was concerned that this would make it worse. That has not been the case. Over the last month and a half of using this, I have had no heartburn. I do not like the taste of peppermint, and with these although I get a calming feel of mint in my chest and stomach, I do not get a mouthful of peppermint flavor. Liked the effect so much had my Dr. (Gastroenterologist) write a script for it - so I can claim it under FSA/HSA reimbursments. | |

They did an upper and lower GI, dicycolomine, hyocyamine,I had two CT scans, a lypoma removed and trid Amitiza and Miralax and after reading your book and taking the fiber for about a month, I feel 100% better. | I really love the big peppermint tea bags, which are larger and stronger than any I can buy in the store. Also, this was my first time getting the peppermint caps and they are amazing for bringing down bloating from gas. I take one with almost every meal. I'm not a big fan of the fennel tea, I wish it could be a mixture of fennel and something else because the fennel flavor isn't very agreeable. Thanks! | |||||

| AMAZING Customer Service | |
| I'm Canadian and I shipped the Tummy Fiber to my dad's USA vacation destination. I was concerned that the order might not arrive during his one week in the USA so I reached out to the customer service team at Heather's Tummy Care to inquire about the timing. I was super touched that I got a personal message back from Heather herself and I was really impressed with her customer service response. She ensured that my order arrived within the time window that it needed to and her message to me was full of genuine kindness and caring. One of the things that I like about Heather's Acacia Senegal fiber is that it's been tested for salicylates and it has been identified as low salicylate. This information is important to me because I have salicylate sensitivity. When I placed this order I was so happy that Heather finally had Tummy Fiber back in stock. Unfortunately when the order arrived I discovered that this first batch of fiber was milled to a finer consistency than it usually is and it's more difficult to dissolve in liquids. The letter that came with the order apologized for this situation and said that it would be a temporary change in the product. Given everything that Heather has had to go through this year in terms of sourcing this product, I feel that the altered consistency is a small sacrifice to have to deal with! I look forward to ordering more Tummy Fiber in the future, and I'm sure by then it will be back to its normal texture. | |
