| I love this stuff! It works, it's easy to use, doesn't affect the taste of anything you use it on etc. I put it in my applesauce, on sandwiches, anywhere I can think of. I do have to say that apple cider vinegar also helps a great deal with the bloating. I suffer from IBS-C and it's very hard to counteract the bloating/gas/constipation that happens from eating normal foods that other people have no issues with. I also can't eat soy and many of the recipes in the book contain soy. This leave me with very few diet choices - I'm vegetarian. I really like the tummy fiber! | |

| I've been drinking this tea for a few weeks but I can't tell if it's helping. I get bloated/gas incredibly easy. I started taking apple cider vinegar and I've definitely noticed that helping with the bloating moreso than the teas. I've been drinkin peppermint consistently for well over a month and taking the tummy fiber along with this tea. I'm glad I came across these products but I don't think I've gotten the results that many other people have. | |

| Dear Heather's Tummy Care, I have been using Acacia Senegal Tummy fiber pouches for nearly 6 years now and take it 4 times a day before each meal and just before bed-time as recommended. I know it is keeping me stable. I buy a new tin to replace an old one once in a while. The Tummy Tamers Peppermint Caps I take 3 times a day and know they help me get through the day. | I have really had some great results from the fiber. I have noticed my stomach has went down in size, I do not have the gurgling after eating a meal and I havn't had diarrhea in a couple of weeks. I am on disability and cannot afford to order all the special products either. I also cannot easily get to Columbia, 45 miles away, to try and find them without a great deal of difficulty. I apologize for having to just tell you the truth, but for those of us who are disabled and living in more rural areas, the cookbook just is not that helpful, plus some of the recipes just have far far too many ingredients, including those which are unobtainable. | After reading the following article: http://www.umm.edu/altmed/articles/peppermint-000269.htm, I decided to look for an enteric coated product and found Heather's Tummy Tamers. Although i am a male, this product is so effective that I do not care that it comes in a girly bottle. It works for me and it works well. I take it once or twice a day except that I sometimes take an extra dose when I have an upcomming stressful meeting (then I take a dose as soon as the symptoms start). Before Heather's Tummy Tamers I had occasional heart burn and I was concerned that this would make it worse. That has not been the case. Over the last month and a half of using this, I have had no heartburn. I do not like the taste of peppermint, and with these although I get a calming feel of mint in my chest and stomach, I do not get a mouthful of peppermint flavor. Liked the effect so much had my Dr. (Gastroenterologist) write a script for it - so I can claim it under FSA/HSA reimbursments. | |

| I have had IBS since 1999 diagnosed at 55 yrs old, with a stressful career in real estate, took a trip to Europe just before '99 and got realy bad sick on foreign stomach bug, and was nursing my Mom thru 10 yrs. of Alzh. I'm Lactose intolerant too so food management is always a struggle. Just delaying my meal by an hour or two will make my system "very angry", or a change in my schedule or (goodness me) a trip somewhere. The consistent use of the Tummy Fiber helps my system greatly. I have peaks and valleys with IBS but have learned that my problem is eased by the correct food choices and I thank you for your cheat sheet, your books and your website.
