A very good, easy to use product

Really works
This fiber really helps control my IBS symptoms without causing any gas or bloating. I mix it into my coffee every morning and it is tasteless and odorless. It can be difficult to mix, but that is the only (small) complaint I can make.

I put this on and in everything. A sprinkle a day is all you need for fiber maintenance. It's great for gently flushing your system of bacteria/or stablizing your GI tract when you have intestinal distress.

Helps tummy aches
I've gotten intermittent stomach aches my whole life. No one has ever been able to figure out why although certain foods make it more likely and stress makes it more likelyâ€¦ But I don't have a clear diagnosis. Someone told me about this product and I've been using it for almost a year and I've gotten a total of two stomach aches since I started it! I used to get about one a week so that is a fantastic improvement!

Good Deal on Heather's Tummy Fiber
I've been using Heather's Tummy Fiber for a couple of years, and as I gradually found what amount (the number of grams per day) was good for me, I've been very pleased at how this really helped my "gut speed" stabilize. I've been pre-mixing the acacia powder with a certain amount of water, and keeping this fiber liquid in the frig means that I can quickly get out a couple of tablespoonfuls to go into my cup of tea or juice throughout the day. I previously tried another kind of acacia fiber powder that wasn't as refined, but I'm finding that I really do like Heather's better. Buying a whole case of 16 oz. bags during Heather's sale turned out to be a really good deal for me. Thank you Heather, for offering the special price!

This product gave me my life back.
I have been taking Heathers Tummy Fiber 2 x a day for 8 years for IBS. I have had IBS since my teens but the episodes were sporadic - about 1 x per month. In 2016 they came back with a vengeance. 2 days of constipation followed by a 3rd day of extreme stomach cramping and stomach spasms lasting 30-45 minutes which culminated in diarhea for hours afterwards. I stopped going out and was confined to my bed and bathroom 3 days a week. A gastric specialist told me there was nothing that could be done and basically that I would just have to take fiber and live with it. My PCP prescribed Libra's 3 x a day. I later discovered Heathers thru Google. I was able to cut the Librax to one per day after about 2 weeks using Heathers. This product gave me back my life. I am regular now and go every morning within 30 minutes of awakening. Thank you Heather!

Best Fiber Supplement to Help with IBS

Tummy Fiber not ground as finely as in the past
I have been using Heather's Tummy Fiber for over five years and just recently I notice bigger pieces of the fiber in the powder, bigger pieces that require more mixing to get them to dissolve. This is not enough for me to stop buying it, just thought you might want to know about the issue.

I have been purchasing Tummy Fiber since 2017. I like it because it actually helps me with my IBS! It also dissolves quickly and completely and is tasteless and odorless. My experience is a little different.
Everyone has been raving about this product. So I gave it a try. I have constipation IBS. It did not help my constipation, but it did help the gas and bloating. When I did have dairy, it helped alot. Did not have to run to the bathroom. It seems to help those with diarrhea.

These travel paks are the best way to insure that those travel induced digestive irregularities won't sideline me when I travel. I did some research and discovered this product on Amazon. The reviews persuaded me to purchase this for my Fiance who has ibs-c . When we first met 3 years ago, he was on the toilet for hours every single night in soooo much pain. I Really do mean hours, thats not an exaggeration. We started with diet change, We do not eat out at all, we cook all meals and we eat semi- gluten free, gas fed/organic meats, etc. we try to eat healthy. We added in digestive enzymes which he says helped greatly. Even with the diet change and digestive enzymes he was still frequently in and out of the restroom, but the pain did subside. We discovered Heather's tummy care and the first night, my fiance went to the restroom for about 30 mins and came back into the bed and did not go anymore that night. ITs been the same way Every night since then. On occasion he goes a second time, and then when he doesn't feel well, he may go multiple times. Every once in awhile he may eat something that just doesn't agree with him and he will go a few times. But He actually has his life back now. He no longer needs to carry extra clothes out of fear of having an accident. With his new freedom, he's even been able to run again, he ran 10 miles last week and has never felt better. Were actually planning camping and hiking trips, were actually able to go out on dates if we wanted, actually have adult time (which subsided a lot due to him always being in pain). Heather's is the best!

This is a game changer for anyone living with IBS. I have recommended to dozens of people and they have all reported back with great results. Wish I could still get on Amazon where I had subscribe & save and it showed up every month without a hitch. The shipping direct from Heather's website was very slow, and I'd like to have it automated, since I go through a pouch a month.

I am so sorry to say we've had to suspend all Amazon sales of Heather's Tummy Care.

Our Amazon story is heartbreaking and infuriating...

I know a lot of our folks have long relied on Amazon for their orders, so we do not do end our Amazon relationship lightly. But we reached the point where we just could not sustain that relationship any longer.

This was the most frightening decision my husband Will and I have had to make in the twenty year history of our Tummy Care business. We honestly did not know if we could survive without Amazon.

But as a small company, we reached a breaking point with the constant Amazon problems of lengthy shipment delays, inventory losses, warehouse damage, and the never ending chaos this caused our entire supply chain.

The last straw was sending five pallets of product to Amazon over the holiday season and having them delay receipt into their warehouses for nearly three months as our products were not a priority for their holiday sales.

While they delayed, we ran out of stock on almost all our listings, subscribe and save couldn't be filled, Amazon cancelled people's orders without explanation, and caused us a huge amount of turmoil.

They even deleted one of our oldest listings, the two pack of Tummy Tamers, without any reason or warning.

As you may know, a listing on Amazon is called an asin (Amazon Stock Keeping Unit). These asins have incredible value as it takes years and enormous marketing investments to gain prominence in search results and have what Amazon calls "velocity".

For Amazon to just randomly delete our twenty year old asin with high velocity? This felt comparable to having a brick and mortar store on main street and waking up one morning to find the whole store has been wiped off the face of the earth by the landlord. I still cannot believe Amazon did this!

Thankfully, many of you stayed loyal customers despite that turmoil and are now shopping on our site. But the aftermath of all this nearly bankrupted our business.

Because of the Amazon disasters, we lost significant revenue for many months. This all came on the heels of the Covid years. And the Covid troubles had already been followed by our brand new Tummy Tamer softgel line machinery defects, which required a two year redesign and rebuild from the ground up. The cumulative result was nearly fatal.

So we are focusing on prioritizing our own website orders and customers, our mom and pop retail stores, and our CVS stores for the Tummy Tamers peppermint oil capsules.

As a side note, please do not trust third party listings of any of our products on Amazon. Amazon does not have stock any more, we have closed our listings, and we do not sell to companies that resell on Amazon. We are hearing from customers who are getting used/damaged goods from Amazon orders of our products via third party sellers. Please do not trust those listings. Our only authorized resellers are our brick and mortar mom and pop health food stores, the IC Network, and CVS.

Again, my apologies that we have had to suspend our Amazon listings. I know that is a huge inconvenience, and I hope we are putting good alternatives in place asap.

Acacia fiber worked miracles for me
I had been taking 2-3 tsp per day for several years but my symptoms were worsening to the point where I could eat almost nothing without reacting. Prettiest and best taste
Have tried many acacia fibers and most either do not mix well or are yellow with a stronger taste. This one is very mild, almost tasteless, a pretty white powder that almost is clear when mixed. Have it every morning and night. I have been using Heather's products for many years.

Keep this on hand for IBS-C
Ever since I began using Heather's Tummy Fiber (on a daily basis), my IBS-C is much less of a bother. I won't say it's completely gone, but most every day I â€œgoâ€�. If you've been plagued with constipation, you know how yucky it makes you feel. From what I read, every person probably has a different â€œsweet spotâ€� for whatâ€�# the right daily amount. Won't be without this product.

This soluble fiber seems to really help when I take it before meals. I just bought the travel size and used it for the first time at a restaurant before eating. I was careful on what I ordered but I didn't get sick so I will keep using the travel size when I eat out. Thank you

Our container load of new cans was delayed and the shipment did not arrive in until the week of April 12th. We are catching up on all backorders and yours is one of the oldest so will be the first to be packed, which should be today, April 15. You will get tracking upon shipment.

Acacia Tummy Fiber twice a day is good to prevent both loose stools and constipation.
I've used Heather's Tummy Care Products for year. Her products are great for IBS. I love the Tummy Teas and Acacia Fiber. I'm able to eat foods I wouldn't otherwise be able to eat, by eating her suggested foods.

A Life Saver for many in our family.
My sister had systemic colitis, you saved her. My niece the same. My husband started on it 2 months ago, excellent results.
