| I am 66 years old and have suffered from constipation (sometimes diarrhea when I was younger), gas, bloating and stomach pains since in my 20s. The constipation and discomfort has been significantly worse in the last 10 years. My dr. said it would and just take laxatives.(My colonoscopy showed nothing at all wrong with my colon) I had usually used Metamucil in the past. I tried prescription IBS drugs that were extremely expensive and didn't work for me. After a month of taking Heatherss tummy fiber, along with proper diet, sufficient water and exercise my ability to have normal, daily bowl movements is better than it's been in 40 years! I am amazed! | I had tried everything! This fiber works super great mixed in a smooth OR lukewarm water. I put about 1/4 cup water in micro for 12 seconds, use a fork to which the fiber in slowly. Then I add more water & drink it down. No lumps and almost undetectable taste! Helps me to be regular. | |

| I developed post infectious IBS-d and have been battling it for 8 mos. After 18 tests and thousands of hours of research I found Heathers product and it has been a God send. Significantly reduced urgency and improved stool consistency from watery to firmer. Now I only consume soluble fiber and minimal insoluble fiber to reduce bathroom visits. I also recommend a high count CFU probiotic (50 billion+) after the antibiotics regimen. Also in combination with Heathers product I have been making my own mint tea to drink before meals, and taking HMO powder supplement from LayerOrigin. That supplement helps to rebuild a destroyed or compromised microbiome. | |
