Really has improved my life
Heather's Tummy Fiber has made my IBS 90% better. It takes a while to build up the dosage, but it's worth it. I had some problems with clumping when I ordered the bag, but there's no clumping when I order the can. Well worth the extra dollar.

I add to the only thing I drink every day. My morning coffee. I put a little water in my cup, add the tummy fiber, stir a little bit, and brew my cup. No different in the taste.

Amazing Results

I truly don't know what I would do without these packets! Not one Dr., nor specialist could/would identify my issue. It's been several years of all types of medications and surgeries, with absolutely little to no quality of life. I couldn't even work. I kept doing my own research and came across your aaahmazing products and just like that, based upon the time of day, frequency and how many packets I use, I'm now able to live a more normal life. I found this brand on Amazon, and when I went back to reorder, to my dismay, they were no longer available. Thank GOD for this website, your products are truly phenomenal! My issue is IBSD, which I never knew existed, and this is self diagnosis, since not one Dr./gastrointestinal or otherwise could tell me nothing. My weight has increased dramatically since this happened and no matter what I do, even with this issue, and exercise with one to two meals per day, the weight just keeps coming. I know this must be hormonal but for now these are all I'm taking and I'm feeling more like my normal self. All I can say is THANK YOU with all of my heart.

Game changer
50+ years living with IBS. It has been in complete control of my life. Seen Dr after Dr. GI dr, PC Dr, even food allergist. Received same old printout from everyone. Foods to avoid. Foods to eat. All they ever want to do is colonoscopy and prescribe Dicyclomine. The night I passed from the pain 25 year ago I got serious remind foods & ingredients one by one. Helps greatly but not 100%. The Acacia soluble fiber is complete game changer. Once I got to 1 TBLSPN dissolved in water twice daily my gut is as stable as it's ever been. For first time in 50 years my bowel movements are as normal as I could hope for. I have my life back. For me it's a magic elixir. No exaggeration. I now take Dicyclomine once or twice a week. I have been using Heather's Tummy Fiber for a while and it has worked for me. Still have a flare up now and then, maybe stress, maybe I ate the wrong thing. I tried Metamucil in the past and it was way too harsh for my system. Will stick with Heather's Tummy Fiber.

Acacia Senegal is so helpful for bowel motility
My diet was mostly greens and fruits and I was so constipated I never heard of soluble vs insoluble fibers. Acacia Senegal with a greater portion of soluble fibers and less insoluble fiber really helps me digest more easily with less bloating and intestines to bowels are moving happily with more ease. I am grateful to Heather for her self help research shared so generously with others because I have tummy issues that are not IBS but are helped so much with these beautiful carefully grown and crafted products

Not for Me
I had ordered this product at the recommendation of a friend with IBS. I do not have IBS but I do have irregularity and constipation. I do not think I have the patience to tweak the dosage for weeks to find the right balance for my body. During the first 10 days of taking the product I felt bloated and actually stopped up. I realize every body is affected differently and I am uncomfortable continuing the product to try and find my balanced dosage. Never fear, though, my friend will be getting my tin of the product and she will be thrilled. I also want to mention that I had a few questions and customer service was right on it--that was impressive.

I first discovered Heather's products when I was diagnosed as having IBS some 10 years ago. I have used the Acacia Tummy Fiber most of the last 10 years...and when I don't, things eventually get out of balance again and the troublesome symptoms re-emerge. If you want to be more comfortable physically, and have IBS be a less disruptive influence in your life. You should buy the Tummy Fiber! And the little travel pouches are very useful when I travel (when disruption of many patterns makes it more likely that the IBS symptoms we intensify).

Tummy fiber and peppermint pills are awesome, but I had to start using a different brand when they were having trouble getting the peppermint. Latest experience getting fiber took weeks because their shipment was delayed due to weather. I'm sure it was frustrating for them but maybe they could reevaluate inventory control. I had to contact them for delivery dates when product didn'tshow up, they didn't reach out to tell me there was a problem.

Hi Rosemary - I am so sorry the hear this. The tummy fiber should not cause any discomfort or pain at all, it is plain soluble fiber, which should be soothing to the gut. I find it easier to take by just adding the powder to moist foods instead of having in a glass of water, but either way should help your gut. Please let us know if you continue to have problems, we will fully refund you if you can't use the fiber.

On my 5th year with this product. I take 9 grams twice a day. I also eat insoluble fiber after taking tummy fiber. Normal bowel movements. Thank you Heather, this 65 year old appreciates your wisdom. ALSO, the new peppermint capsules are a vast improvement. I take one every morning. No more peppermint taste. The new formulation is a game changer.

The only complaint I have is how they package the product. The bags are crammed in a box and the box always arrives in bad shape. This last shipment one of the bags was broken and I had to throw it away. Please try to do a better job packing.

Purchasing was fine but does it help.......?
I have had IBS for 14+ yrs and I have tried everything to help. I understand the science behind this product but I do not know if it helps one way or the other. I have been on Heather's diet in the past and am trying it again. Does this product help? Having used it in the past and again now, I honestly dont know. If you're reading this as a sufferer of IBS then it cant hurt to try.
