| I have been suffering with chronic constipation and a pelvic dysfunction physical therapist recommended that I try Heather's Tummy Fiber Acacia Senegal. Using this product has allowed me to not only have regular bowel movements but I don't have to rush to the bathroom or have burning skin like I would if I used a laxative. Getting to the right amount to use each day requires patience and tracking as to how long you've been taking an increased daily amount but it is definitely worth it. | |

| I have been struggling with IBS for several years. My flare ups coincide with travel especially. Lately it can be a small day trip even. Using the fiber has helped me with the urgency and frequency and cramps ( the peppermint pills helped also with cramps). I bought the travel fiber packets and bring those with a small cup and water bottle when I go anywhere for several hours or more. I used to treat the IBS with over the counter remedies, which were worked but can't be used frequently. This is natural. | I was on prescription medicine for my IBS for years, and got tired of the side effects, so I switched to herbal pills. It worked for a long time, but I got to the point where I was taking 17 herbal pills daily! I weaned myself off of all my medicine when I started Heather's Tummy Care Acacia Senegal, and am now ONLY taking the Acacia! I wake up feeling wonderful and am actually hungry! I'm not a breakfast eater due to the bloating and gas I used to have in the mornings, but for the first time in years, I'm eating breakfast again! | I was experimenting between this and benefiber. I have mostly IBS-C. This product works a lot better than benefiber for me and seems more consistent for a BM. Costs a lot more, but works well. It does not dissolve as well in cold beverages, so I have to heat up my juice in microwave. I would like to know more, how and why this works better. | |
