| I've been following Heather for many years. I daily drink one cup ( or more) of her teas with 1 fennel & 1 peppermint tea bag. I love the taste of the 2 mixed together. Both my daughter & I take these peppermint capsules before each meal. I will take 2 if I'm going out to eat or a meal with possible triggers. She is very knowledgeable & her tips are very helpful. Her recipes are delicious. | |

| Peppermint oil caps are Amazing! | |
| I have IBS C and D and these capsule help immensely alleviating a lot of the abdominal pain. I'm 68 and I have difficulty at times with gas, I don't even want to be with myself when that starts up. As long as I take 3 capsules a day, 1 with each meal, I don't have a gassy problem. Thank you. | |
