| I added tummy fiber to my diet about 4 years ago at the recommendation of my gastroenterologist. I've tried other products in the past that taste horrible, have additives, and have a pasty consistency. Heather's Tummy Fiber has is no unpleasant taste or texture and is easy to add to your diet. They also offer different ordering options to include travel packets and bulk orders. The travel packets make it easy to keep up your dietary fiber while traveling. Aside from recent supply and demand hiccups, I have had no issues with receiving my orders. I've recommended this product to all my friends and family as well and have yet to receive any negative feedback. If you are looking to add more fiber to your diet, this is a great product. | |

| These became hard to find elsewhere and I panicked because these are effective for my IBS. I will just stick to going directly to Heather's. I do suffer greatly from acid reflux and heartburn but these have never made the problem any worse than it already is. I refuse to take PPIs anymore so I use these for general IBS symptoms and use ACV for heartburn. These also helped more than anything during a colitis flare-up. | |
