| I keep Tummy Fiber stocked at all times! | |
| Tummy Fiber is a staple for me. I believe it does help to stabilize IBS-C. I put it in my coffee every morning (1-2 tsp) and I might not be correct, but I am able to drink coffee now when I could not in the past. Perhaps the fiber helps! The extra slow delivery was not in the company's control this time and Heather kept me updated on the reasons, which was nice. Everything is usually delivered quickly. I hated to score it as a 1. | |
