| So happy I able to get these amazing products. A special thank you to Heather for her research. At 88 yrs. I declined surgery for 3 hernias. Was taking pain meds but that made me constipated. Now I take 2 tablespoons Acacia & one Peppermint in the am. Later in the day if I feel pain coming on, I take the Fennel tea, helps with arithis pain. | |

| It's not the miracle I'd hoped for. I tried one fennel tea & it's just not for me. I can't stomach the taste. I've been using a small amount of the tummy fiber each day & I think it may be helping a little. I want to try the peppermint capsules & maybe the tea also. | |

| I have a history of food sensitivities and intolerances, so I've always used stomach support supplements, but they never really worked. I started a GLP-1 medication recently and desperately needed a fiber supplement to help aid the side effects of GI upset/constipation. Within one week of using the packets (1/2 packet twice a day then moved up to 1 packet twice a day), my stomach felt totally back to normal and it got rid of my symptoms. If you have fructose intolerance, this supplement is completely safe to use. Highly recommend! | |
