| This tea is very good. It really tastes like peppermint (I say this because I have had tea from other companies that barely had any taste at all). The other major difference is that it is the very large leaf size (cut and sift grade)...when I brew it, I don't end up with a lot of loose tiny tea leaf pieces in my tea (i use an tea ball/infuser), I use this as an anti-histamine and it works very well. | |

| This is a very large bag and so I transferred the contents into two different containers. I then put the containers in the frig to ensure freshness. The peppermint smells great and fresh. I use a glass tea pot by Bodum that I found in Goodwill Industries thrift shop for only $3.99. It has a tea strainer and a French Press type plunger. I put two round tablespoons of tea into the strainer lined with a coffee filter to eliminate the mess that otherwise results from loose tea. I put the tea-filled strainer into the post, fill it with water, put the pot into the microwave to heat up the water for 10 mins. By that time, the tea has steeped and is ready to drink hot. I have one pot daily in evening while eating dinner or after dinner. It has helped me with IBS. I appreciate that this very fresh peppermint tea really does work. I recommend this product. | |

| I was slow to get into the two teas Heather sells, because Initially, I really didn't like the flavor of the Fennel tea, but discovered it could be brewed along with a bag of the Peppermint, and the combination is very nice, especially with a squeeze of lemon and tiny bit of sugar. The two teabags together make enough for two generous cups of the tea, and I cover one with saran wrap and refrigerate it to heat up in the evening before bedtime. Very soothing ! | |
