| I have been ordering the peppermint tea for years, the over sized bags were just great, however once I found out how to make my tea with the loose tea pouches it felt like I had struck gold. I have IBS symptoms and I have finally found I have Multiple Sclerosis, which was the real cause of all of my intestinal issues. But let me tell you this tea has been a life saver for me for years now. I can't make it a day without my peppermint tea. I still have spasms at times of which you wouldn't believe. | Like many people who have IBS, I have gone through the gauntlet of medical tests, months of abdominal pain, headaches and other issues linked to IBS. Out of the multitude of physicians I consulted, I am thankful for two physicians. Dr. TJB and Dr. TL (initials only-both licensed gastro's). Dr. JB led me in the right path that my IBS was more than just "in my head", that it was more than just anxiety and stress. For me it was SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth). | I mix my peppermint & fennel teas and drink it all day long. It keeps me off sodas and keeps me from years of chronic bloating, gas and constipation. Not until I found Heathers site did I get relief I was seeking from MD's for over 15 years! Im a lifelong customer for sure!!!
