| My doctor recommended that I take Peppermint oil for IBS, and gave me some samples of a popular over the counter product. | Tummy tamers at first made me feel better but I had other problems after using for a few days. I have complex problems so having a treatment not work correctly for me isn't a total negative. I didn't call customer service so they get a neutral rating. Possibly I took too often (2-3 x per day) too soon, but given my situation I don't know when I would take a single dose. Maybe before dinner. I may try them again at a less stressful moment (not shortly after major surgery and a significant medication change forced on me by the insurance company). | |

| My IBS is caused by stress entirely, and Heather's peppermint oil helps more than anything else I've tried. I still struggle, because I have a particularly stressful job right now, but I take Heather's Tummy Tamers every day. I still have frequent diarrhea, but I have some measure of control over it with the gel caps. I will be ordering more soon. | |

| I have ibs mixed. Have been taking 2 peppermint oil capsules a day for about 6 wks. I switched from fiber supplement I had been using about a mont ago to the acacia supplement. My tummy is feeling better. So far have had only one episode of bend over double cramping and diarrhea a couple of wks into it. Taking some trial and error with the constipation but feel optimistic I'll get there. After a lot of yrs, and meds that didn't help, feel finally on right track. Also on 35th day of 100 day hypnotherapy program. | |

| I have suffered with IBS/gastritis for close to 40 years. NOTHING helped me...from prescriptions to over-the-counter products, as well as changing my diet. For me my triggers were more from stress.
