| Benefiber causes severe bloating, but it mixes MUCH more conveniently than the Acacia Fiber. Perfection would be a fiber product that doesn't cause bloating, but is easy to mix with hot, room temperature, or cold drinks. The Acacia Fiber is a real pain when traveling, even with the travel packets that I purchase, because of the need to mix it first with room temperature water. This often requires a second glass and it's quite embarrassing when dining out with others. "Oh, what is that? What are you doing? Why do you need it?" Ugh! | |

| For a few years I took Acacia Fiber mixed in water. For some reason, that makes no sense, I quit using it last Fall. I had a very difficult winter digestively but couldn't figure out why. | I've been taking a teaspooon full of soluble fiber in a Tblsp of applesauce before I eat anything for 4 years - I also carry it in my purse. It's easy to sprinkle on solid food if need be or stirred into a beverage (it has no flavor). Unless I eat a lot of fat OR I'm especially stressed out, I lead a completely normal life. | Tummy Fiber | |
| I am a person that almost on a daily basis has diahrrea.. sometimes it s a surprise. This is very life controlling. I have had some relief with Heathers tummy fiber... not totally yet but am still experiementing as to when and how long I can be in a public setting and not have an urgent need to make a sudden trip to the bathroom. I don't want to be so graphic but there are accidents along the way also.. will be very glad when I find the answer to daily relief. Would love to have my life back. Right now I am adding two tbls of fiber to my morning meal.. sometimes if I a, eating out I fix a cup of tea with the fiber at the table and it does help. | |
