| I recently purchased this product for a 13-year-old girl who was having what the doctors determined was severe IBS attacks that included extremely painful episodes going off the 10-point pain scale in intensity, with a tendency toward constipation, but no diarrhea. These pains were so bad, running up and down the abdomen, chest, and back, and making it difficult for her to breath. After they ended (though still with pain, just not so severe), she was exhausted, and would often have to miss school. She has been on Heather's Tummy Fiber, a dose of 3 Tlbs nightly, for 13 days, and during this time has not had any more of these painful attacks. Her stools are also better formed, softer, and more normal. It seems as if it is the Tummy Fiber that has made all the difference--and we certainly hope so! Usually within 13 days she would have had an attack. Fingers crossed & prayers up! We are very glad to have discovered this product. | |

| For over 30 years I've suffered horribly with IBS. Reoccurring bouts of debilitating diarrhea would often strike while I was away from home. I would either embarrass myself by completely Loosing control of my bowels soiling my clothing where it was very obvious, or I'd make it to the Restroom where I'd be trapped for hours. Recently I've developed chronic constipation. It became so bad that I had to manually remove my stool. Unless you suffer from this illness, there's no way a person can understand the physical and emotional toll IBS has on the sufferers. When I found Heathers website, I was skeptical that her products where actually as good as the reviews claimed. In thirty years I've tried everything that I could find for relief. Equalactin was the only minor relief that I found, then it was removed from stores. I decided to try the Acacia powder. I thought I'd buy one canister, if it worked, good, if not, I wouldn't loose too much for risking a trial. Oh my goodness! This product has honestly changed my life. Not only did it soothe my bowels during a serious bout of Diverticulitis, it was completely taken care of the chronic constipation as well as the diarrhea. I know that the Acacia powder is the factor because symptoms return if I neglect taking my morning and nightly dosage. Something which recently happened while I was hospitalized for several days. After restarting my routine, the constipation quickly reversed. Thank you from the deepest depths of my being for providing this product Heather. | Heather's Tummy Fiber works very well for me. The constipation/diarrhea problem is gone, and the painful gut cramps as well. I bought some for my brother, and forwarded the information about diarrhea after having the gall bladder removed, since he has had his gall bladder removed, and now is having this problem. I can see that Heather wants to help us with high quality products, so I come back here even though there are cheaper acacia powders out there. It's not worth the risk of pain to even try them. | A few months past I ordered the Tummy Fiber Acacia Senegal can. I must say that I did have my doubts. I have IBS-C and along with the constipation, gas and bloating. I take 1 and a half teaspoons of the fiber twice a day. Not immediate results but gradually the bloating subsided. Still some gas but I am much more regular. I have tried many fiber products without any results and of course Miralax. This is the only product that I need now. My only criticism is that sometimes the fiber will clump up and not dissolve. Perhaps it is the humid summer that we are experiencing. No matter this product has helped me tremendously. | |

| Before Tummy Fiber, I couldn't eat out at all. Everything gave me what I call "Panic Diarrhea". Now I mix 1 tablespoon of Tummy Fiber with about 6 oz. of water two times per day and it has cleared up my IBS and has permitted me to enjoy going out to eat.
