| Constipation runs in my family...along with having divaticulitas, fibro, lactose intolerance and also low iron now, changes to what I had been doing had to change. My brother and sister along with me would take the little red pills in hopes of keep going with you the pain/bleeding and uncomfortable bloating. But using the acacia liberally in food or drink has relieved all of those problems. Even after I had to start taking iron pills! I drink plenty of fluid but don't feel the pressure of watching every ounce. My sister is also on it and maybe will talk my brother in to it next! | |

| I have diverticulitis. I have been using Acacia fiber every night before bedtime for a year and have had very minimal flare ups, maybe one or two in a year. Before using the Acacia in the evening I would have a flare up every other month requiring medical attention. | |

| Everyone has been raving about this product. So I gave it a try. I have constipation IBS. It did not help my constipation, but it did help the gas and bloating. When I did have dairy, it helped alot. Did not have to run to the bathroom. It seems to help those with diarrhea. | |
