Best product for what I need
I had 6 weeks of pelvic radiation a year ago. The side effects of pelvic radiation can cause incontinence because there is so much scaring The radiation target zone was near my internal sphincter and caused impacted the functionality. I need firm stools. Heather's tummy fiber has been a miracle product My colorectal surgeon recommended it when I was struggling and depressed. I use it 2X a day every day-for the last 14 Months.

Great product & always receive VERY quickly
This was my first time trying the sticks, as we had a European cruise planned & I thought it would be easier for travel than taking a 1 pound pouch- boy, am I glad I purchased!! I could slip a few sticks in my purse (or a pocket) to be prepared at every meal, and not have to lug around a larger container. I'm going to start stocking a few sticks in my work bag for during the workday, and leave the pouches for use at home. Orders always arrive within days even though I'm on the other side of the country, and anytime I've emailed customer service I get extremely prompt replies, always so helpful and positive. My GI doctor had me taking Metamucil for constipation issues. The gas and bloating were horrible. I found Heather's online and it sounded like a great alternative. I will never use any other fiber. It keeps me regular without the gas and bloating.

Heather saved me from constant pain.
Before I found the soluble fiber I was a mess. Pain constantly, but if I tried insoluble fiber, like Miralax or Metamucil it turned into a feast or famine situation. I would go from one extreme to the other. Heather's acacia fiber keeps me steady and eliminated a lot of my pain.

Heather's Tummy Fiber Acacia Senegal is the best at dissolving and tastes much nicer than competing products
Much of the gum acacia sold is really processed for other than food uses and will not fully dissolve and results in a very cloudy mixture with lumps and insoluble material. I use Heathers for preparing a thickened fully dissolved gum for my supplement drinks and it has always worked to fully dissolve in hot water and remain soluble when stored cold. Recommended.

Manu unsuccessful fiber experiences
Have had IBS D for decades. Morphed into IBS Mixed after Covid and then volvulus correction surgery. Psyllium, methcellulose, and polycarbonate after many, many failed trials and feeling dismissed by family doc and slightly by GI group led me back to Heather. Wheat dextram didn't seem worth trying and I used the peppermint caps on and off over time. And yes, no bloating, no excessive gas or abdominal discomfort. Can add to liquids and I can add to yogurt and rice dishes, no problem! Sorry I waited so long to try it. Thanks!

I used this for years and then it was not available on Amazon anymore so I tried two other brands. Both times I was disappointed as I did not have the same results . This fiber has literally changed my life!
I have been diagnosed with Bile Acid Malabsorption (BAM). This condition made it impossible for me to even leave my house. Before starting the drug Colesevelam that my doctor prescribed, I wanted to try this gentle soluble fiber instead. I'm Canadian and I shipped the Tummy Fiber to my dad's USA vacation destination. I was concerned that the order might not arrive during his one week in the USA so I reached out to the customer service team at Heather's Tummy Care to inquire about the timing. I was super touched that I got a personal message back from Heather herself and I was really impressed with her customer service response. She ensured that my order arrived within the time window that it needed to and her message to me was full of genuine kindness and caring. One of the things that I like about Heather's Acacia Senegal fiber is that it's been tested for salicylates and it has been identified as low salicylate. This information is important to me because I have salicylate sensitivity. When I placed this order I was so happy that Heather finally had Tummy Fiber back in stock. Unfortunately when the order arrived I discovered that this first batch of fiber was milled to a finer consistency than it usually is and it's more difficult to dissolve in liquids. The letter that came with the order apologized for this situation and said that it would be a temporary change in the product. Given everything that Heather has had to go through this year in terms of sourcing this product, I feel that the altered consistency is a small sacrifice to have to deal with! I look forward to ordering more Tummy Fiber in the future, and I'm sure by then it will be back to its normal texture.

Lost Along the Way
I recently ordered Heather's Tummy Fiber Travel Packets for a trip. Panic set in when I discovered I had lost the bag I was carrying them in somewhere along the way. I have IBS-D, and Heather's Tummy Fiber stopped my bloating and completely decreased my stomach aches!

I have been buying products from you for about 10 years now and have loved them. I know you're having a tough time and I'm trying to be patient as things get back to normal. I wasn't happy that my account was charged weeks before this product came in. Now that I have my three bags, I really feel that there is something different about the powder. It will not dissolve like usual. I have been using this for over ten years and it seems very different. I have to remove the clumps before drinking. They just will not all dissolve.

Hi - I'm so sorry for the order delays. The war in Sudan has drastically affected acacia supply chains and availability. Please forgive our temporary Organic Tummy Fiber powder granulation change.

That has also caused problems in that we are not able to get our usual powder granulation.

Normally our acacia Senegal is granulated for us to our specs by the full container load. But that went out the window earlier this year when the acacia Senegal market went into such chaos.

This organic acacia is still the same acacia Senegal as always, same vendors, same product, it will work the same in the gut, it's just spray dried to a more powdery and less granular spec, so it dissolves a little differently.

The different granulation spec/mill size it won't affect its effectiveness at all.

This batch of Tummy Fiber powder will dissolve easily if added directly to moist foods. I've been using it that way and it just disappears.

If you want it in water it will work best in cool, not hot, but follow these steps:

1. Add powder to empty cup, add just enough cool water to liquefy it, stir well.
2. Might have to walk away for a minute, come back and stir it again
3. Then add the rest of liquid and stir and all should all dissolve.

We hope to have our usual organic powder spec back in around October.

I truly apologize for the disruption to your normal Tummy Fiber supply.

Tummy Fiber is a staple for me. I believe it does help to stabilize IBS-C. I put it in my coffee every morning (1-2 tsp) and I might not be correct, but I am able to drink coffee now when I could not in the past. Perhaps the fiber helps! Tummy fiber is the best
Tummy fiber was recommended to me by a doctor after a colonoscopy and lots of Diverticulie present which has caused problems for me. I've been using Heather's Tummy Fiber for years, since I first read her book about IBS. It's a miracle for me. Follow directions on the bag, you might need very little each day for quick results and a chance to feel better. Highly recommend!

Worked so well!
I have a history of food sensitivities and intolerances, so I've always used stomach support supplements, but they never really worked. I started a GLP-1 medication recently and desperately needed a fiber supplement to help aid the side effects of GI upset/constipation. Within one week of using the packets (1/2 packet twice a day then moved up to 1 packet twice a day), my stomach felt totally back to normal and it got rid of my symptoms. If you have fructose intolerance, this supplement is completely safe to use. Highly recommend!

Fast acting and effective
I ordered both the Tummy Fiber and peppermint oil caps. I had been in misery for months and after less than two weeks I began to experience relief. The doctor had me taking Miralax but it was not effective. I am glad I ordered Heather's Tummy Care.
