| I love this stuff! It works, it's easy to use, doesn't affect the taste of anything you use it on etc. I put it in my applesauce, on sandwiches, anywhere I can think of. I do have to say that apple cider vinegar also helps a great deal with the bloating. I suffer from IBS-C and it's very hard to counteract the bloating/gas/constipation that happens from eating normal foods that other people have no issues with. I also can't eat soy and many of the recipes in the book contain soy. This leave me with very few diet choices - I'm vegetarian. I really like the tummy fiber! | |

| Dear Heather's Tummy Care, I have been using Acacia Senegal Tummy fiber pouches for nearly 6 years now and take it 4 times a day before each meal and just before bed-time as recommended. I know it is keeping me stable. I buy a new tin to replace an old one once in a while. The Tummy Tamers Peppermint Caps I take 3 times a day and know they help me get through the day. I shall soon be ordering another delivery. It is helpful to have dates on all your products as well as the information about them. Both products are lifesavers for me plus your news letters. | I began using Acacia Senegal Tummy Fiber in 2010 in the hope that it would calm the uncomfortable bloating that I was experiencing after lunch and dinner. Once I found the right dosage, my bloating improved considerably and I have used this product every day since then. Not only did my bloating improve, but I became more regular and my movements became thicker, smoother, and softer. | Acacia fiber is an excellent prebiotic, tasteless in my morning tea (peppermint, of coarse)and no unpleasant side effects. I rarely start a day without it. I've gone from uncontrolled digestive issues (Crohn's Disease)to being relatively normal. I'm also on Humira and eat a relatively low-fat, dairy-free diet, so I'm sure that also has something to do with it. I'll probably use acacia fiber and peppermint tea the rest of my life. | |

| These sachets are good for travelling. I was worried about taking a nondescript white powder through customs if I took some from my acacia can at home so I left it behind. Flights are horrid for me but planning well and bringing lots of safe food helped. I know these will help when I have to fly back from NZ to the USA.
