| This acacia fiber is just as Heather has described--it has been very helpful for my gut. I've gradually increased my dose as she recommends, and I think I've finally gotten to the amount I need. I have mixed the Tummy Fiber with water on a 1 tsp. to 1 tablespoon water ratio so that I always have about one cup of liquified Tummy Fiber ready in a jar in the frig. This makes it super-convenient to put a tablespoon of the liquid (equivalent to about 2 grams fiber) into drinks or soup. | I had high hopes for this product Tummy Fiber Acacia but it gave me a lot of gas. I cut down to 1/4 tsp and then 1/8 tsp and same results. I have stopped taking it and will try again with less than an 1/8 tsp in hopes it will not give me so much gas. It might take me longer to get to were I want to be but I will give it one last try. | My IBS flare ups had subsided until just a few months ago when it started again. I had not taken the Tummy Fiber and as a result it expired on my counter. My IBS symptoms really got a hold of me. I ordered the fiber and within 3 days it was in my mailbox. I thought it was crushed because the mail carrier just "made" it fit. Anyway, thanks that it was not a can, everything was okay. | This is the best help for IBS there is! I started out slowly with only a 1/4 tsp before each meal and it took care of the diarrhea by the next day. Then I am now only taking a 1/4 teaspoon before breakfast and all continues well. Great value! Great product. | |

| I have been struggling with IBS for several years. My flare ups coincide with travel especially. Lately it can be a small day trip even. Using the fiber has helped me with the urgency and frequency and cramps ( the peppermint pills helped also with cramps). I bought the travel fiber packets and bring those with a small cup and water bottle when I go anywhere for several hours or more. I used to treat the IBS with over the counter remedies, which were worked but can't be used frequently. This is natural. I use it everyday - morning and evening and extra when I'm going out or traveling. I am so grateful- thank you! | |
