Good product, but packaging / labeling could be better

Sent in the wrong can due to a shortage (?) with a paper label taped around it, and cans were also dented, which is disappointing because I wanted to just buy the cans once and buy refills after that, but now I will have to take a chance on getting the right cans next time. Also, the recommended amount to use for a cup of tea seems excessive, seems like it should say teaspoons, not tablespoons. The peppermint (plus fennel and ginger) caps are pretty good. Nearly impossible to remember to take them so far in advance though.

Hi Shelly - I am so sorry you have dented cans. That is damage that happened in shipping, we will always replace that. The dosage of tablespoons is correct - you want at least 1 or 2 tablespoons of the tea per cup/mug, in a large enough strainer to brew that amount easily. Let it brew a good 10-15 minutes, the stronger the better. The stronger it is the more effective it will be.
There is a huge packaging shortage right now so we have to use temporary packaging for the loose fennel tea cans. I am so sorry about that. We will get you a new can that is not dented, and then you can use the refill pouches as you had intended.
For the pep caps, if you are not prone to heartburn, try taking just 15-20 minutes before a meal, on an empty stomach. You can also use one last thing at night before bed, empty stomach, to head off morning problems.

I have noticed a corrective positive change. I feel bettert.
The first three weeks I was pretty on the money with the doses and the teas. I let things slip a bit once I began feeling better. I have been pretty steady on the diet too. I love the teas. The powder works once I figured out the osage. I am better. I thank Heather and her "Elves" for helping me with IBS. MC

Love these teas!
Although the acacia fiber didn't work well for me, I highly compliment Heather's Peppermint and Fennel Teas. They are great quality - and both help ease the symptoms of IBS rather quickly. I have tried many peppermint teas before and Heather's is exceptional quality. I had not ever tried fennel tea prior to trying Heather's - and I'm glad I did! It really helps calm the digestive system. Great stuff!

peppermint loose leaf is strong and effictive
I like peppermint loose leaf taste nice, smell good frnnel help a lot with bloating but I prefer peppermint. overall both teas help I could not do without them.

Fennel Tea
Love the Fennel tea, I drink it after every meal and it helps with bloating and cramping. The peppermint caps are great as well when I am having a bad attack, it helps to relax my stomach.
