| I have battled diarrhea on and off for years. After numerous tests and scans Dr's have never officially diagnosed me with any specific cause. I discovered your website last fall after undergoing 3 cancer surgeries in one month. Having had my symptons under control for years with the use of probiotics, the heavy doses of antibiotics during those surgeries caused them to come roaring back. Again, Dr.s prescribed medications, did more tests but were unable to help me. | Life Changing Fiber | |
| Finding Heather's website was one of the best things that's ever happened to me. My IBS was getting to a point where I was nearly homebound. Everything I ate made me sick. I started taking an over the counter fiber, which helped a little, but the big warning on the label telling me I would probably choke to death kept me from taking the amount I needed and made me even more of a nervous wreck. I started taking Heather's acacia fiber when I saw that it didn't have choking properties. I got results almost immediately. Over time, I've been able to live much more normally (like most IBS sufferers, I haven't found a permanent solution yet). I can go out to eat more than five feet from my house, and I can take car trips (and even one plane trip) without suffering any problems. Although this isn't a magic powder that will solve IBS, it's the closest thing I've found. | |

| I was very excited to try the Tummy Fiber and very hopeful that it would help me. However, it has not worked for me. First let me tell you that I have been diagnosed with IBS and have also been diagnosed with Gastroparesis. I do not have diarrhea, if anything, I have constipation (or lack of movement since my stomach only empties every 5 hours). I have a very healthy diet and eat very little at a time. When I read on your website that the Tummy Fiber would help with diarrhea OR constipation I was thrilled. I started with 1 teaspoon twice a day. It slowed things down even more, bulked up my stool, actually making my situation worse. And yes, I am trying to follow your soluble, insoluble, stay away from trigger foods plan. I do everything I know to do and nothing helps. I feel so helpless. Nothing works, nothing helps, nothing makes it better. :( | |||||

| there was product all over the outside of both pouches. I didn't see a rip anywhere so that was a mystery. But this order doesn't dissolve as fast as the others I've received. It still seems to work so I'm using it. Since I didn't speak to anyone I can't really rate the customer service option above. I think you need another button for that that says Not Applicable. | |||||

| There seems to be a difference from past shipments. The product no longer mixes as it did in the past. Very clumpy and it sticks to my mini whisk. This is the first time it has done this. Customer service was very nice and offered a free bag of acacia. I have yet to see that bag and is the reason I gave a 3 otherwise I would have rated CS with a 5. | |||||

| I have been getting the fiber from you for quite a while. This time the amount of fiber I received, was not as much as usual. It did not fill my container up. Also the consistancey is different. I use to could mix it in a cup of coffee with little problem;just had to mush it up a little. But this time, it really comes to the top of the cup and I have to mix it and mush it more than usual. Something just seems different in it this time. So I wasn't as pleased as I usually am. Is it different now? | |||||

| I have IBS, I also had quite a bit of bloating over past 6+ months, all tests show normal (blood work, CT-Scan, ultrasound, etc). The Tummy Fiber is making a difference. I take 2xD about 2 tsp. I have also given up milk, yogurt, I do eat cheese occasionally - I used Almond milk, now Soy. I'm fine w/it and feel it also has made a difference. I'm glad I found you online - thank you. | |

| AMAZING Customer Service | |
| I'm Canadian and I shipped the Tummy Fiber to my dad's USA vacation destination. I was concerned that the order might not arrive during his one week in the USA so I reached out to the customer service team at Heather's Tummy Care to inquire about the timing. I was super touched that I got a personal message back from Heather herself and I was really impressed with her customer service response. She ensured that my order arrived within the time window that it needed to and her message to me was full of genuine kindness and caring. One of the things that I like about Heather's Acacia Senegal fiber is that it's been tested for salicylates and it has been identified as low salicylate. This information is important to me because I have salicylate sensitivity. When I placed this order I was so happy that Heather finally had Tummy Fiber back in stock. Unfortunately when the order arrived I discovered that this first batch of fiber was milled to a finer consistency than it usually is and it's more difficult to dissolve in liquids. The letter that came with the order apologized for this situation and said that it would be a temporary change in the product. Given everything that Heather has had to go through this year in terms of sourcing this product, I feel that the altered consistency is a small sacrifice to have to deal with! I look forward to ordering more Tummy Fiber in the future, and I'm sure by then it will be back to its normal texture. | |
