| These became hard to find elsewhere and I panicked because these are effective for my IBS. I will just stick to going directly to Heather's. I do suffer greatly from acid reflux and heartburn but these have never made the problem any worse than it already is. I refuse to take PPIs anymore so I use these for general IBS symptoms and use ACV for heartburn. These also helped more than anything during a colitis flare-up. | |
