| This product is god sent. I've been using Heather's products since 2018. The tummy fiber, peppermint oil caps and tea. With the right diet and her products, I rarely use prescribed antispasmodic meds for my ibs-d. I encourage you to start with her starter kit that includes the books. It has helped me immensely. | |
