| I have been taking the Tummy Fiber for 2 years. It was recommended to me by a Kaiser dietician. Yes, can you believe that?! I was struggling with diverticulosis pretty bad in 2024. 3 rounds of antibiotics....anyone that has this knows what I am taking about. I started this and have had zero issues. It is stable and I am symptom free. I also take the fennel & peppermint tummy teas. Heather you are a ROCKSTAR. You have saved so many of us struggling. I am in control of my life again.
