Acacia and speedy delivery
Thanks a million to Heather's Tummy Care for their continued excellence throughout these many (10+?) years as a customer. Using acacia for all of these years has been such a boost to my health and frame of mind! Also, this sweet group of loyal, kind, and highly-skilled team members always amazes me. Heather's is THE business model for all to copy! In this day and time, there is no reason to expect my order to travel from the Pacific to the Atlantic and get to my home in less than two weeks, right? However, my order is at my front door in less than five days, every time!! Thanks for brightening my days, dear Heather and Team. You are the best. Sincerely, Sally

It is working!
I discovered Heather many years ago. The advice I received on the website and in her book was invaluable after undergoing gal bladder surgery. Many of the concepts are still with me today (as well as the medication highlighted in a box in the book). Fast forward many years: when my now young-adult daughter was diagnosed with severe constipation, I immediately thought of Heather and the Tummy Fiber as an alternative to the over-the-counter chemicals they recommended she ingest. She successfully transitioned from the chemical to the Tummy Fiber, taking her time, and just this morning she enthusiastically told me the Tummy Fiber "works great!" and continued to explain that her digestion has never been better! Thank you Heather!

Great product but....
The product is fantastic, a great help for IBS problems. The price was supposedly on sale and had to pay shipping, I should have checked first that Amazon has it for the same price and I shouldn't pay shipping having Prime. Shipping was painfully slow, it took over 1 week to get it, next time I know where I'll get it.

that magic something for IBS
When you have IBS you look for that magic something that will not cause gas along with the uncomfortable blotting but reduce gas that may be present along with those nasty spasms. When my mother used to eat out she made sure there was no GMO (genetically modified organisms) in the food, I never knew what she was referring to. Acacia senegal is a natural (not synthetic) whole food 100% soluble fiber with a clinically proven prebiotic effect. Try it you'll liked it!

Heather says:

Hi Patricia - I am so sorry to hear this. The tummy fiber cannot cause constipation or diarrhea, or flip one to the other. Soluble fiber is just a motility regulator. It stabilizes contractions to prevent cramps and it normalizes peristalsis. But, it also won't do that job you need it to do until you have enough of it physically present in your gut, and you have to reach that dose gradually. In the meantime, triggers will continue to affect your gut and set off symptoms. Please continue to slowly, steadily increase your dose and you should see symptoms gradually resolve. The fiber can't make anything worse, but it also won't work until you get enough of it in your gut, and you have to work up to that dose.

XOXO
Heather
