| I wanted to be sure I put up a review for Heather's Tummy Fiber, because ever since I found their web site all those years ago, Heather and her products gave me back my life. Doctors were of absolutely NO HELP! They don't care about it, they think it's just in our heads, and offered no help. Lots of useless tests of course, but no help. Well, I'm here to tell you, it's not in your head, it's real. I was lucky, although I've suffered with IBS for decades, I only needed the Tummy Fiber to set my life back on course. That and everything she writes about IBS. She explained it all! I've taken that fiber every day of my life for 11 years, and it makes all the difference in the world. You have to try different amounts, along with a balanced diet, to see what works best for you, but after you find your sweet spot, you should be pretty much good to go. So wonderful to be able to travel again, so good to be able to eat out and not fear needing a restroom, desperately 30 minutes after you eat. I know every available bathroom in town. I once tried to quit taking Heather's Fiber, and switched to one of the fiber solutions sold in the grocery stores, just for convenience! It took about 10 days, but the symptoms came roaring back. Won't be making that mistake again. I have tried to get local places in Austin to carry it, but can't get any interest (just like with doctors) So frustrating. Trust this product, it is worth EVERY penny, and worth ordering online-if you can't get it in your town. Thank you Heather for giving us this web site and all your products, recipes, and literature to learn how to live your life wonderfully, with IBS. | |

| I dont know what this product does but I can say that IT WORKS! I used it for the first time while on vacation. We ate out every night of the week while we were away. I always have stomach issues when eating out at restaurants but I literally had not one IBS symptom the whole week! I mixed the travel packs in with my drink before I ate dinner and drank a couple glasses of the peppermint tummy tea throughout the day. The only drawbacks are mixing this into liquids (it's like making flour thickener for gravy, liquid into the powder or you get lumps) and having to measure it out. | Finding Heather's website was one of the best things that's ever happened to me. My IBS was getting to a point where I was nearly homebound. Everything I ate made me sick. I started taking an over the counter fiber, which helped a little, but the big warning on the label telling me I would probably choke to death kept me from taking the amount I needed and made me even more of a nervous wreck. I started taking Heather's acacia fiber when I saw that it didn't have choking properties. I got results almost immediately. Over time, I've been able to live much more normally (like most IBS sufferers, I haven't found a permanent solution yet). I can go out to eat more than five feet from my house, and I can take car trips (and even one plane trip) without suffering any problems. Although this isn't a magic powder that will solve IBS, it's the closest thing I've found. | |

| after 3 days of only 1/2 teaspoon twice daily I was so miserable with trapped gas and bloating it had to be stopped . Your peppermint oil was a miraculous cure after 2 weeks but had to be given up after 3 weeks since it was eating up my esophagus and stomach. It is very depressing after experiencing feeling normal for a week but I guess I'm done with Heather's. | |||||

| The Acacia Fiber is an essential part of my IBS management. I occasionally resort to a stronger laxative, but Heather's can be used on a daily basis. It is so gentle. The dosage and frequency of use can be varied to adapt to that day's particular condition. It never causes the discomfort that harsher laxatives can. I was so glad to find Heather's because I need a daily laxative, and other products were often traumatizing my system. | |
