I do transfer the pouch to the can but, all of it doesn't fit in there with the plastic cover over it. | I've been taking a teaspooon full of soluble fiber in a Tblsp of applesauce before I eat anything for 4 years - I also carry it in my purse. It's easy to sprinkle on solid food if need be or stirred into a beverage (it has no flavor). Unless I eat a lot of fat OR I'm especially stressed out, I lead a completely normal life. If I start to get diarrhea, I just up my dose of 1 teaspoon full till it calms down (which is very soon). | |

| I recently purchased this product for a 13-year-old girl who was having what the doctors determined was severe IBS attacks that included extremely painful episodes going off the 10-point pain scale in intensity, with a tendency toward constipation, but no diarrhea. These pains were so bad, running up and down the abdomen, chest, and back, and making it difficult for her to breath. After they ended (though still with pain, just not so severe), she was exhausted, and would often have to miss school. She has been on Heather's Tummy Fiber, a dose of 3 Tlbs nightly, for 13 days, and during this time has not had any more of these painful attacks. Her stools are also better formed, softer, and more normal. It seems as if it is the Tummy Fiber that has made all the difference--and we certainly hope so! | while I truly believe in your product. I could not take it. I started with 1/2 tsp and decreased to 1/4 It bloated me beyond words and sucked evry ounce of h2o out of my system I jsut could not do it. I have severe sever IBS with a LUQ spasamand I cannot find anything to help. I have no more cramps belly pain and so on and have not had for a long while as I watch my diet closely but I can not elimante without digital removal and then only small amts. I was hopeful so hopeful for this product but am sad now. One thing though is pepermint yeah. Help if you can I am desperate thanks Bev | |||||

| What can I say other than the product is great, the service is great, and this fiber has given me back my life. I can leave the house now, and anybody with IBS knows what I mean without asking. It dissolbes quickly and completely--make sure to use room temp water--and is completely without taste or grit. I like the convenience of the refillable can and it fits nicely in my refrigerator. (I refrigerate just about everything.) Heather and her products, including the books,were the best things I ever found online. No doctor has helped me with IBS as much as Heather. | |
