| I have been using Heather's Tummy Care for several weeks and I believe that it has been helping some but not to the degree I had hoped. I still have some issues on too many days. I'm not sure I'm taking the correct amount. Right now I'm at 4 tsp/day. May need to adjust. One thing I have noticed though is when I take it, it makes me have gas, lots of it. Is this normal? I ordered some of the fennel tea but have not received it yet. Hope this helps with the gas. I will continue using and adjusting the amount. | |

| I have IBS with constipation and found this product after being tired of laxatives and having a 10 day stent with no bowel movement. I was exhausted & ready to give up. I haven't had this product long enough to be completely adjusted yet but so far it has been the answer to my prayers. I'm slowly working up to the amount I need but am having BMs without taking a laxitive now. This fiber does not make me bloated like the OTC fibers. Those all made me miserable. I have had to have a feeding tube placed because I have severe weight loss from IBS issues.
