| This is a very large bag and so I transferred the contents into two different containers. I then put the containers in the frig to ensure freshness. The peppermint smells great and fresh. I use a glass tea pot by Bodum that I found in Goodwill Industries thrift shop for only $3.99. It has a tea strainer and a French Press type plunger. I put two round tablespoons of tea into the strainer lined with a coffee filter to eliminate the mess that otherwise results from loose tea. I put the tea-filled strainer into the post, fill it with water, put the pot into the microwave to heat up the water for 10 mins. By that time, the tea has steeped and is ready to drink hot. I have one pot daily in evening while eating dinner or after dinner. It has helped me with IBS. I appreciate that this very fresh peppermint tea really does work. I recommend this product. | |

| I have been ordering the peppermint tea for years, the over sized bags were just great, however once I found out how to make my tea with the loose tea pouches it felt like I had struck gold. I have IBS symptoms and I have finally found I have Multiple Sclerosis, which was the real cause of all of my intestinal issues. | I just have to share with you my exciting news | |
| I ran 8 miles this morning after a week break to give my colon a chance to restabilize. My colon was completely calm the entire distance, I never once had to dash behind a bush, and there was absolutely no diarrhea or loose stool. Because I have battled this IBS problem for nearly 2 years (this year in particular a horror of all horrors), I had forgotten what it was like to run without symptoms. I keep shaking my head at how simplistic the concepts for managing IBS are, yet, our top medical specialists are clueless. It makes no sense. I am so grateful to have stumbled on your website. By the way, your book and the Acacia arrived this morning. I can't wait to start reading! Thank you again for sharing all your research, experiences, and information with the IBS population at large.
