Eases Gas, Bloating and Constipation
When I first bought the Fennel Tummy Teabags, I drank the tea only when I had a gassy or upset stomach. The relief was immediate. After having anesthesia for a surgical procedure, the constipation was unbearable. I found that drinking the fennel tea on a daily basis helps keep things moving as well as obliterating the gas and bloating. I bought the big pouch of tea so I don't run out!

I enjoy drinking this tea, especially when I have a stomach upset, but if I drink it too often, it gives me a dry mouth. I have to be judicious about how often I use it.

Great product, a life saver
The new option to buy in bulk directly on the website is perfect. I keep fennel tea bags in several places, work, home, purse and it is very convinient to replenish all at once. I felt bad throwing away beautiful tins before, but now I can keep them and just refill. The tea itself is very strong and it helps tremendously. I do not go to bed without drinking it, and often have it after big meal at friends house or at work. Heather's team is very responsive, I've asked questions several times and always get great answer helping me manage tummy discomfort. I am not diagnosed with IBS, but used to have acid reflux very often. Now that I follow Heather's recommendations which foods to avoid and drinking fennel tea regularly I do not experience that much discomfort and can allow to indulge time to time. Thank you!

Lifesaver!
Recently when I was having a longer than usual flare-up of my IBS and microscopic colitis, this tea, coupled with the peppermint tea and the Acacia fiber and slowly introducing more soluble fiber into my diet miraculously ended my flare-up. I am forever thankful!

The BEST tummy calmer!

Fennel Tea Bags
I have stomach or intestine spasms due to blocked gas--I guess. Anyway several hours after eating in the evening, I start having these spasms and can not sit still or lie down---until I make my fennel tummy tea. it really helps me to start feeling better. Amazing plant!
