| I am really enjoying the fennel tea in place of my morning coffee. I brew it using six tea bags per quart of water. I dilute this concentrate to 50 percent and enjoy one to two cups a day and refrigerate the rest of the concentrate. This, along with Heather's fiber, is working to relieve my current IBS flare. I will continue using this! Also, the customer service is TOP NOTCH. I had an issue with my order and they took care of it in a very speedy and gracious manner. I highly recommend these products and company. | |
