| Your peppermint pills have been a life saver! They have not only helped to control the pain and cramping but they have also helped me with my confidence level in branching out and trying new foods. I have been guilty of following the BRAT diet much too closely for extreme fear of the stomach cramps and pain that I had in the beginning of this process of being diagnosed with Post Infectious IBS a year and a half ago.
