| I purchased another mfr brand of this fiber thru the major online retailer so many of use. I could tell right away it looked different as I put it into the can I had from Heather's. The other brand was gummy and bitter and I was constantly having stomach cramping and pain again which I did not have with Heather's!! I will never try to substitute Heather's high quality and dependable products with anyone else's. They are NOT the same! The only reason I didn't give it the highest rating for shipping is because they were backordered for a couple weeks but I can see why that might be. Maybe other people have figured out it's the best also. | |

| I have been suffering from IBS for over 20 years and nothing has ever helped. The last few months 8t turned to being constipated daily and I was absolutely miserable. I also believe it contributed to the discovery of atrial flutter that I discovered I had a few weeks ago. It coincides with the flutter every time. So, getting the IBS under control has helped that as well. 8 am still in the process of getting the right side and 8 am very close, but I have had a bowel movement almost daily this last week.
