| there was product all over the outside of both pouches. I didn't see a rip anywhere so that was a mystery. But this order doesn't dissolve as fast as the others I've received. | There seems to be a difference from past shipments. The product no longer mixes as it did in the past. Very clumpy and it sticks to my mini whisk. This is the first time it has done this. Customer service was very nice and offered a free bag of acacia. I have yet to see that bag and is the reason I gave a 3 otherwise I would have rated CS with a 5. | |||||

| I have been getting the fiber from you for quite a while. This time the amount of fiber I received, was not as much as usual. It did not fill my container up. Also the consistancey is different. I use to could mix it in a cup of coffee with little problem;just had to mush it up a little. But this time, it really comes to the top of the cup and I have to mix it and mush it more than usual. Something just seems different in it this time. So I wasn't as pleased as I usually am. Is it different now? | |||||

| Dear Heather's Tummy Care, I am completely satisfied with your service and speed of delivery and helpful answers when needed. I have been using Acacia Senegal Tummy fiber pouches for nearly 6 years now and take it 4 times a day before each meal and just before bed-time as recommended. I know it is keeping me stable. I buy a new tin to replace an old one once in a while. The Tummy Tamers Pepperrmint Caps I take 3 times a day and know they help me get through the day. I shall soon be ordering another delivery. It is helpful to have dates on all your products as well as the information about them. Both products are lifesavers for me plus your news letters. I tried many of the fibur suppliments that mixed with water and some actually could make the problem worse I didn't drink enough water. Finally, my wife discovered your website and the acacia powder. | Acacia tummy fiber has been a godsend for my husband who for years has suffered from irregularity and constipation. While researching info on IBS, I came upon this product on your your website. Intigued, I ordered it for my husband to try. That was about four years ago. He mixes it with orange juice every am and has not had a bout with irregularity or constipation. | This product along with the IBS diet has made my life so much easier. After suffering from diarrhea for well over ten years I am finally absolutely regular. I feel so much better and am able to go and do anything without worrying about stomach problems. Acacia fiber doesn't appear to be huge on the market but I am so glad I found it here. Benefiber didn't seem to have the same results and was a bit more expensive. | |
