Does the trick

I am disappointed in the “new†product It is a fine powder and clumps easily. I have used this for a few years and loved the old product. But this powdery one is not up to the old one. I think it works ok but I may have to check other vendors

Love this fiber but worried about company
Speed of delivery sorely lacking and really unexcusable in this day and age. Went days without any response to an email and no one manning phones. When my order finally arrived, it wasn't the usual product, packaging and product is different from ever before.
