Order timeliness.
I was disappointed with how long this order took, although I realize some things are beyond your control. We were given a date for the pre order that changed several times. It also seems not to mix up as well as it used to, not sure if the formula has changed. I will continue to purchase as it has worked well for my ibs, although being out of it for over a month was trying to say the least.

Tummy fiber not up to its original quality
I'm aware of the supply issues but the replacement fiber was not good. It upset my system and seemed to be entirely different. I then ordered another supply and it looked like the traditional powder form of the tummy fiber but it was impossible to dissolve. Not the same quality as your original product. I don't feel confident ordering tummy fiber now unfortunately.

New powder form

I keep Tummy Fiber stocked at all times!
Tummy Fiber is a staple for me. I believe it does help to stabilize IBS-C. I put it in my coffee every morning (1-2 tsp) and I might not be correct, but I am able to drink coffee now when I could not in the past. Perhaps the fiber helps! The extra slow delivery was not in the company's control this time and Heather kept me updated on the reasons, which was nice. Everything is usually delivered quickly. I hated to score it as a 1.

I added tummy fiber to my diet about 4 years ago at the recommendation of my gastroenterologist. I've tried other products in the past that taste horrible, have additives, and have a pasty consistency. Heather's Tummy Fiber has is no unpleasant taste or texture and is easy to add to your diet. They also offer different ordering options to include travel packets and bulk orders. The travel packets make it easy to keep up your dietary fiber while traveling. Aside from recent supply and demand hiccups, I have had no issues with receiving my orders. I've recommended this product to all my friends and family as well and have yet to receive any negative feedback. If you are looking to add more fiber to your diet, this is a great product.
