I like that it is one ingredient. I had ibs symptoms from 8 years old. The symptoms subsided from around 50 to early 70s. It then roared back and due to internet I discovered heather's site and the acacia worked! 3 yrs in and no diarrhea outbreaks.

FINALLY Something that helps me with chronic constipation!
I first ordered Heatherâ€˜s tummy fiber on the advice of a friend who has IBS. I started out slowly and was starting to get frustrated when I reached out to Heather. She took the time to write me a very kind and thorough email. She encouraged me to be patient because constipation takes longer to see results. A week and a half later, I found the dosage that worked for me and I haven't had any problems since. Please please please do not stop making this!

I have been using since around 2011 and it helps with the pain of IBS - C. the answer to a forty year problem

Just when it couldn't get better!
The use of the metal container is a real improvement over the former cardboard. For health reasons, it had been awhile since I purchased Heather's products. Heather's Tummy Fiber - THE BEST!
After too many appointments and trying too many medications with too many side effects, I found Heather's Tummy Fiber and immediately started taking it as directed. After about a week, I was having a lot fewer IBS symptoms and it wasn't long before my IBS was not bothering me at all. I had tried another product with the exact same ingredient but it did not help at all and I ended up having to start all over. I won't make that mistake again.

This product gave me my life back.
I have been taking Heathers Tummy Fiber 2 x a day for 8 years for IBS. I have had IBS since my teens but the episodes were sporadic - about 1 x per month. In 2016 they came back with a vengeance. 2 days of constipation followed by a 3rd day of extreme stomach cramping and stomach spasms lasting 30-45 minutes which culminated in diarhea for hours afterwards. I stopped going out and was confined to my bed and bathroom 3 days a week. A gastric specialist told me there was nothing that could be done and basically that I would just have to take fiber and live with it. My PCP prescribed Libra's 3 x a day. I later discovered Heathers thru Google. I was able to cut the Librax to one per day after about 2 weeks using Heathers. This product gave me back my life. I am regular now and go every morning within 30 minutes of awakening. Thank you Heather!

Tummy Fiber not ground as finely as in the past
I have been using Heather's Tummy Fiber for over five years and just recently I notice bigger pieces of the fiber in the powder, bigger pieces that require more mixing to get them to dissolve. This is not enough for me to stop buying it, just thought you might want to know about the issue.

Awesome Product!
I have been purchasing Tummy Fiber since 2017. I like it because it actually helps me with my IBS! It also dissolves quickly and completely and is tasteless and odorless. There is nothing artificial in it, no coloring, flavoring or artificial sweeteners, unlike other products that are supposed to be like it. It also arrives quickly after you order it. All in all, it's a 10 in my book.

My experience is a little different.
Everyone has been raving about this product. So I gave it a try. I have constipation IBS. It did not help my constipation, but it did help the gas and bloating. When I did have dairy, it helped alot. Did not have to run to the bathroom. It seems to help those with diarrhea.

Heather's is the best!

This is a game changer for anyone living with IBS. I have recommended to dozens of people and they have all reported back with great results. Wish I could still get on Amazon where I had subscribe & save and it showed up every month without a hitch. The shipping direct from Heather's website was very slow, and I'd like to have it automated, since I go through a pouch a month.

Our Amazon story is heartbreaking and infuriating...

I know a lot of our folks have long relied on Amazon for their orders, so we do not do end our Amazon relationship lightly. But we reached the point where we just could not sustain that relationship any longer.

This was the most frightening decision my husband Will and I have had to make in the twenty year history of our Tummy Care business. We honestly did not know if we could survive without Amazon.

But as a small company, we reached a breaking point with the constant Amazon problems of lengthy shipment delays, inventory losses, warehouse damage, and the never ending chaos this caused our entire supply chain.

The last straw was sending five pallets of product to Amazon over the holiday season and having them delay receipt into their warehouses for nearly three months as our products were not a priority for their holiday sales.

While they delayed, we ran out of stock on almost all our listings, subscribe and save couldn't be filled, Amazon cancelled people's orders without explanation, and caused us a huge amount of turmoil.

They even deleted one of our oldest listings, the two pack of Tummy Tamers, without any reason or warning.

As you may know, a listing on Amazon is called an asin (Amazon Stock Keeping Unit). These asins have incredible value as it takes years and enormous marketing investments to gain prominence in search results and have what Amazon calls "velocity".

For Amazon to just randomly delete our twenty year old asin with high velocity? This felt comparable to having a brick and mortar store on main street and waking up one morning to find the whole store has been wiped off the face of the earth by the landlord. I still cannot believe Amazon did this!

Thankfully, many of you stayed loyal customers despite that turmoil and are now shopping on our site. But the aftermath of all this nearly bankrupted our business.

Because of the Amazon disasters, we lost significant revenue for many months. This all came on the heels of the Covid years. And the Covid troubles had already been followed by our brand new Tummy Tamer softgel line machinery defects, which required a two year redesign and rebuild from the ground up. The cumulative result was nearly fatal.

So we are focusing on prioritizing our own website orders and customers, our mom and pop retail stores, and our CVS stores for the Tummy Tamers peppermint oil capsules.

As a side note, please do not trust third party listings of any of our products on Amazon. Amazon does not have stock any more, we have closed our listings, and we do not sell to companies that resell on Amazon. We are hearing from customers who are getting used/damaged goods from Amazon orders of our products via third party sellers. Please do not trust those listings. Our only authorized resellers are our brick and mortar mom and pop health food stores, the IC Network, and CVS.

Again, my apologies that we have had to suspend our Amazon listings. I know that is a huge inconvenience, and I hope we are putting good alternatives in place asap.

Best fiber product out there!
After experiencing IBS symptoms for 3 decades since my gall bladder was removed, I started using Heather's Tummy Fiber over a year ago and the results have been phenomenal.
