| I've had IBS for a number of years. It would come on when I least expected it. I missed going to events because of diarrhea. I found Heather's Tummy Care and read what she suggested. I've purchased the Arcacia Fiber, which I add to my coffee every morning. It works and very rarely have diarrhea. And if I do, I take Heather's Peppermint Oil tablets! Great products and I have her two books, too. | |
