Most useful information
All I know about IBS has been from Heather's website and books. I'm still learning from the weekly news(I never thought of not taking fiber with medicine). Now I take my thyroid pill and wait an hour to take fiber.

I love fennel tea.
Fennel tea really soothes my stomach, and the bag I get from you is good for brewing the tea. My only problem is that I had breast cancer several years ago, and fennel is one of those estrogen producing herbs, so I can't use it as often as I would like. But it is my favorite for my IBS and I have a cup of tea after a heavy dinner.
