| I was concerned about trying Fennel due to following a Low Fodmap Diet. Heather assured me others, like herself have used the tea with no adverse side effects. i am on my 2nd Jumbo bag of the & I like it! | Tummy fiber is the best! | |
| I have had IBS for 32 years ever since I had my first baby. I have learned to "live" with it kinda with your very very helpful diet tips and yoga. Last year I had to get my gallbladder removed which made eating a nightmare. Without your tummy fiber I would not be able to eat or digest any food. The healthcare industry really doesn't understand what the pain and embarrassment IBS can cause. I'm thankful to you everyday!! | |
