| This tea is amazing in helping with the bloating after eating a meal. I also find that drinking the tea when I develop bloating or stomach pains when I have anxiety helps prevent things from getting worse. I highly recommend this great quality fennel tea to deal with your symptoms. | |

| Have had IBS D for decades. Morphed into IBS Mixed after Covid and then volvulus correction surgery. Psyllium, methcellulose, and polycarbonate after many, many failed trials and feeling dismissed by family doc and slightly by GI group led me back to Heather. Wheat dextram didn't seem worth trying and I used the peppermint caps on and off over time. And yes, no bloating, no excessive gas or abdominal discomfort. Can add to liquids and I can add to yogurt and rice dishes, no problem! Sorry I waited so long to try it. Thanks! | |
