| I have ordered peppermint tea, fennel tea, and the soluable fiber. The peppermint tea is my favorite of the three. When I am having/had an attack it really does sooth my GI tract. It also calms me down so I can relax. The peppermint tastes great as well. I try to have at least one cup a day and I feel it has made a difference in my symptoms and pain. I will be buying more. Remember though, this is not a cure all, it is just a helpful aid in symptom management. :) | |||||

| However when you get the bag it is foil and yet when I wanted to share with a friend putting it in a zip lock bag I had to wrap it in several layers or my whole house was smelling peppermint, wow really strong So save your empty cans and buy the bags and fill the cans. Another thing needed is tea balls the one I was able to purchase was too small and also a large tea pot to make enough tea for a whole day. Love you Heather | |

| I tried other brands of peppermint tea and none of it is as helpful as this one. This may taste strong but for an IBS sufferer like me, the strength is exactly what's needed. It doesn't cure my IBS but it helps me with the cramps I get every now and then from IBS. There were a few times where I woke up in the middle of the night with horrible pain from my IBS and I would drag myself to the kitchen to make a cup of this peppermint tea and drink and it would settle the pain within 5 minutes of drinking this so that I can go back to sleep. I drink this throughout the day at work and it is soothing. | |
