| Works so much better than any other fiber solution I have tried. My bloating has gone down as well as the sensitivity of my IBS. My only complaint is that it doesn't desolve in liquids well at all. Doesn't matter the temp. I like to have it with my morning coffee (iced or hot) and it's annoying with the chunks, but still would use this over anything else I have tried. Works that well for me | |

| I I used these products a few years ago when I was experiencing issues. I had a recent flare up and nothing resolved my pain or constipation. I reordered peppermint and fennel tea and the fiber. My pains are gone and I use the fiber daily and my constipatpation is resolved and I go daily. I recently reordered. Love these products! | |

| I sprinkle it on my breakfast, and then I dissolve my daily dose in water (the key to getting it to totally dissolve is letting it sit long enough in room temperature water) while also brewing a strong dose of peppermint tea, and when both are ready I mix them together in a large insulated mug and sip throughout the day. | |
